Called to the Battlefield, Not the Playground
Artificial Intelligence carries the potential to unleash a tsunami of evil upon humanity—a threat so real and so profound that, without God's supernatural intervention, we may never succeed in keeping the balance in favor of justice, goodness, and peace.
Why This Network Exists
Artificial Intelligence carries an intrinsic power to accelerate both extraordinary good and extraordinary evil, at a scale and speed humanity has never faced before. Left unchecked, it can amplify deception (deepfakes, fabricated "evidence," impersonation), exploit the vulnerable (scams targeting the elderly, children, and the digitally uneducated), erode human dignity (addictive design, dehumanizing content, isolation disguised as connection), and be weaponized by hostile actors seeking global advantage. These are not distant, hypothetical risks — they are already unfolding.
Technology alone cannot solve a moral and spiritual problem. Legislation, watchdogs, and ethical frameworks are necessary and good — but they are not sufficient. Only God's supernatural intervention can truly keep the balance in favor of justice, goodness, and peace against a threat of this magnitude. That is precisely why this network exists: to be the foundational, unceasing prayer covering underneath every other effort our Mission undertakes in the AI space.
Without a foundational Prayer Network to support this Mission, we risk becoming pessimistic and even bitter worriers — never the warriors God expects, and has blessed us, to become: full of hope and gratitude for His greatest gift ever granted to humanity. The only way to avoid becoming anxious worriers is by becoming prayerful, proactive warriors.
We are defining and experimenting with a very unusual prayer network — one where members learn together how to become courageous warriors, not worriers, deeply conscientious that God recruits His friends to the battlefield, not to the playground.
What Happens If We Don't Pray?
If this generation of Christians fails to answer the call to intercede — promptly and courageously — the consequences are not abstract:
Silent Complicity
Good people, capable of acting, stay silent while AI is used to deceive, exploit, and dehumanize — and are held accountable for the inaction, not just the evil itself.
A Civilization Left Behind
Without proactive, courageous cooperators in this AI moment, Judeo-Christian Civilization and the Common Good risk being left behind — irreversibly.
The Most Vulnerable Pay First
Those with no jobs, no homes, no future, no health, or in greatest need are the first entrapped by AI's misuse — while the well-resourced debate policy from a safe distance.
Evil Normalized, Not Prosecuted
Without a mobilized moral and spiritual response, serious harms done through AI risk going unprosecuted and even justified, rather than confronted as the crimes against humanity they are.
This is why prayer cannot be an afterthought or a side project. It must be the foundation — the first thing we build, not the last thing we add.
Our Patron Saint-Martyrs
We are collectively committed to imitating the courage of two patron saint-martyrs of this Initiative:
St. Joan of Arc
A young woman of unwavering courage who faithfully followed God's call into the battlefield, whatever the cost.
We also draw strength from the relentless widow in Jesus' parable of The Unjust Judge, and from Psalm 94:1–3 — a cry for God's justice against the workers of evil.
Are You a Courageous Christian?
IF you are a courageous Christian with unwavering faith in the power of prayer and would like to help us properly define (theologically speaking) and establish an "aggressive" kind of AI-related international grassroots network of Prayer Warriors — deeply committed to personal fasting, public signature-list drives, co-signed open letters, and more — please write to us as soon as possible.
Contact Our Prayer Leaders
Write to [email protected]. One of our prayer leaders — Evanilde, Marguerite, or Maureen — will respond by email or call you if you provide your contact information.
We are convinced that only a strong and faithful network of courageous, like-minded prayer groups can achieve — by God's mercy — the avoidance of major global dangers arising from the misuse of Artificial Intelligence.
Our Mission
"The ambition to do Good and keep doing Good for others should have no limits!" This Prayer Warriors Network carries out that mission through unceasing, courageous intercession — standing under the Pledge of St. Andrew, as part of the broader AI Christian Coalition initiative and the BProvidence family of apostolates.
